About Lago Bistro Disenyo ng Interior ng Restaurant

Ang Lago Bistro ay isang restaurant na matatagpuan sa isang daang-taong gulang na San-Ho-Yuan house sa Hsinchu, Taiwan. Ang San-Ho-Yuan ay isang tradisyonal na tatlong-seksyong kompleks na may gitnang bulwagan at dalawang pakpad na nakapatong nang patayo rito, na sumasaklaw sa 150 metro kwadrado. Napanatili ang orihinal na estruktura, samantalang ang loob ay binago sa pamamagitan ng pagpaplano ng layout, mga materyales, at disenyo ng ilaw. Ang isang facade na yari sa salamin ay nagbubukas sa main hall patungo sa lawa at sa mga nakapaligid na puno. Sa main hall matatagpuan ang isang dining table, isang bar, at isang sofa area. Ang kaliwang pakpad ay isang kusina, samantalang ang kanang pakpad naman ay ginagamit para sa mga pagpupulong ng grupo at pagkain.

Ang Lago Bistro Disenyo ng Interior ng Restaurant ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal, isang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga mahuhusay na disenyong tumutugon sa mga propesyonal at pang-industriyang kinakailangang inaasahan sa mga mahusay na pagkakadisenyong likha. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Unique Properties: The front elevation (the glass facade) of the San-Ho-Yuan house creates a sense of transparency, extending the space, reflecting, and introducing the outside green view. The landscape surrounding the house, the water in the front represents a mirror and the mountains at the back represent a screen, implying in terms of Feng Shui a prosperous future, is kept maintaining the essence of the oriental courtyard. With the above, the essential outlook of the San-Ho-Yuan house is kept and the interior is renovated through layout planning, materials, and lighting design.
Dimensions & Packaging: The San-Ho-Yuan house is a central building with two wings attached perpendicular to either side forming a three-section complex (150 square meters). In the main hall, the dining table is made of Nordic high-standard pallets in mahogany color, echoing the terracotta floor tiles. A bar is on the left side of the main hall. A sofa Salon area is on the right side of the main hall. The left-wing is a kitchen. The right-wing is a space for group meetings or dining.

Production Technology: Lago Bistro follows the school's creative thinking to integrate team resources. The teachers and students of the Department of Architecture and Landscape Department execute the architectural renewal plan to build a platform for various Departments. First, the Department of Hospitality and Tourism and Leisure Department started the more systematic learning. The Convention and Exhibition Department has more venues for exhibitions. The Architecture Department leads the renewal of the project.
Design Challenge: The challenge of this renovation project is to preserve the original structure of the old house. The old house with around 100 years old history has a traditional housing structure of Taiwan. While this old house was fully abandoned, the creative director initiated a renovation project to keep the form and structure of this traditional old house to make it a living culture asset for its community.
Research: The sustainability of a space extends the spiritual essence passing down to each generation. The school continues to develop from generation to generation, allowing Lago Bistro to integrate the thinking and wisdom of each of the following: industry, government, education facility, research facility, and enterprise.
Inspiration: A glimpse of green. The warming sunlight. Pacing around the lake, walking under the sunlight, one traces the leaf veins and the shadow of the trees and follows the pace of nature to relax. The San-Ho-Yuan house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape just like a forgotten Shangri-La, an ecological park with various native trees embracing the jade-green lake spectacularly. The project aims to renovate the century-old San-Ho-Yuan house at the same time keeping its essence.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2020 in Hsinchu Taiwan and finished in August 2020.
Operation Flow: The original building, based inside of Chung Hua University in Hsinchu Taiwan, was a San-Ho-Yuan, which is a central house with two wings attaching perpendicularly to both sides forming a three-section complex. When Chung Hua university was founded to support the Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park, the cradle of science and technology of Taiwan, the house and land were donated to the school to support the education and cultivation of professional manpower for Taiwan.
