About Wings Kompleks Tirahan
Ang Wings ay isang kompleks tirahan na binubuo ng dalawang kambal na tore na may 25 palapag sa Taichung, Taiwan. Ang disenyo ay sumusuporta sa maginhawa at pang-bakasyong pamumuhay sa mga natural na kapaligiran tulad ng mga tabing-tubig at parke. Ang mga hugis na parang alon ay humuhubog sa panlabas na anyo at humaharang sa direktang sikat ng araw, na nagpapababa sa pagkarga ng air conditioning sa loob ng gusali. Ang bawat living space ay binigyan ng sapat na bentilasyon, natural na liwanag, at malawak na tanawin. Ang LED lighting ay kinokontrol ayon sa oras upang makatipid sa enerhiya. Ang mga halaman sa bawat balkonahe at katutubong punongkahoy sa unang palapag ay sumusuporta sa natural na ekolohiya.

- The project revolves around leisure and holiday residences in natural environments such as waterfronts and parks, with carbon-reducing green buildings as the core to create a living space that meets the needs of today's generations.

- Production Technology
- The lighting equipment is mainly LED light, which is controlled by the time period to achieve energy-saving effects. The wavy shape has visual beauty and useful function, can block direct sunlight to avoid increasing indoor air conditioning load.
- Design Challenge
- Plants are planted on each balcony to form an ecological island-hopping environment, and a large number of ground floor plants are mainly planted with native tree species and butterfly-trapping plants to form a natural ecology. The appearance design is integrated with the environment and landscape, and has the effect of shading and energy saving to contribute to a sustainable environment.
- Research
- Naturally ventilated light wells can increase the daylighting of the parking lot, and can remove part of the exhaust gas from steam and locomotives, reducing the use of mechanical intake and exhaust equipment. The rainwater and domestic miscellaneous drainage recirculation system is adopted, and the water tanks are concentrated on the basement raft foundation after filtration treatment, which is used as landscape planting and irrigation to reduce water waste.
- Inspiration
- Designed with modern wave-like shapes, two 25-story twin-star residential buildings are designed. Each living space has sufficient ventilation, natural lighting and wide viewing horizons.
- Project Duration
- The project finished in September 2017 in Taichung, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- Its exterior shape adopts modern style with large open windows and water waves. The glass staggered configuration produces dynamic visual effects, creating a unique image that can be integrated with the environment.
