Tungkol sa Sustainable Ang Single Family Residence

Isa itong disenyo ng single-family residence batay sa isang site sa Dhaka, Bangladesh. Ang layunin ay magdisenyo ng isang napapanatiling living space sa isa sa mga pinakapopulated, polluted, at pinaka-abalang lungsod sa mundo. Dahil sa mabilis na urbanisasyon at sobrang populasyon, ang Dhaka ay may napakakaunting berdeng espasyo na natitira. Upang gawing self-sustainable ang paninirahan, ang mga puwang mula sa rural na lugar tulad ng courtyard, semi-outdoor space, pond, deck, atbp ay ipinakilala. Mayroong berdeng terrace na may bawat function na magsisilbing panlabas na espasyo sa pakikipag-ugnayan at protektahan ang gusali mula sa mga polusyon.

Ang Sustainable Ang Single Family Residence ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal, isang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga mahuhusay na disenyong tumutugon sa mga propesyonal at pang-industriyang kinakailangang inaasahan sa mga mahusay na pagkakadisenyong likha. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Inaasahang ang Sustainable Ang Single Family Residence ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na likhang praktikal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan ng industriya at may mahuhusay na katangiang teknikal na may kasamang kaalaman at talento. Ang Sustainable Ang Single Family Residence ay iginagalang dahil sa kaingatan nito at idinisenyo upang maghatid ng mga pagpapabuti sa kalidad ng buhay na tumutulong gawing mas mabuting lugar ang mundo.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: This single-family residence is a conceptual design project based on a site in Dhaka, Bangladesh which is one of the most populated, polluted, and busiest cities on this earth. The goal was to design a self-sustainable living space for the clients, where there will be a bridge between architecture and nature. The design tried to give clients the opportunity to experience nature and calmness in his home, which is hard to get in Dhaka city.
Mga Sukat at Packaging: The total site dimension is 30.48 meters * 27.432 meters. The building height is 9.8 meters. The roads on two sides are 7.62 meters wide.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The building facades are made of concrete. There will be concrete boxes for plants on every terrace. The structure is a post-lintel structure made of concrete slabs, columns, and beams. Door and window frames are made of wood. The plinth is 2 feet in height. Pond depth is 5 feet.

Softwares used in this design are Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The main challenge of this project was to design a sustainable space in one of the most populated, polluted, and busiest cities in Bangladesh. Historically and socially people in Bangladesh are used to spending most of their time in semi-outdoor spaces, courtyards, decks which are mainly common in rural places. Increasing population, global warming other factors forced people to migrate towards cities that have poorly planned buildings. Because of the increasing population, there is a shortage of green space in the city. Dhaka city's common problems are the increase in water pollution, traffic congestion, air and noise pollution, solid waste disposal, black smoke, etc. Designing a self-sustainable residence will give the client opportunity to come closer to nature and will boost his productivity.
Pananaliksik: A residence is a place where family members live together. The objective was to design a sustainable and contextual single-family residence. Most of the peoples in Bangladesh have passed their childhood in the village or have some attachments in the village. Because of the increasing population, village people are migrating to the urban area to make their living. As Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh, it has become the most densely populated and polluted city. The design research was done in Dhaka city about what can be done to make living space more sustainable. People in Bangladesh are used to certain kinds of spaces like semi-outdoor spaces, open courtyard, shaded space, ponds which are mainly common in rural places. Based on data, it can be suggested that designing spaces like terrace gardens on different floors, semi-outdoor spaces, open courtyard, pond, and deck in residence can be useful to achieve self-sustainability which will create an ecosystem in the site itself. It will protect the people living in residence from pollution and increase physical activity.
Inspirasyon: The main inspiration of this project is to come up with space so that the client can achieve tranquility or peace of mind in his own home in his busy life. Humans have five basic senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. The sensing organs associated with each sense send information to the brain to help us understand and perceive the world around us. These senses can be affected by designing spaces in such a way that there will be complete harmony among the materials such as water, air, and earth. By designing solid, void, and fluidity in space of living, clients can achieve tranquility.
Tagal ng Proyekto: This is a conceptual project based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Daloy ng Operasyon: This single-family residence consisting of family living space, formal living space, dining space, beds, kitchen. Every function has a terrace attached. The design increases the interaction between family members and nature. Terraces keep pollution away from home and create an interactive green space. Ponds on the ground floor bring the rural experience to urban life.
