About Sunny House Disenyo ng Interior ng Model Unit

Ang Sunny House ay isang disenyo ng interior ng model unit na nilikha upang ipakita sa mga bisita ang isang layout ng tirahan. Sakop ng espasyo ang 380 metro kwadrado. Ang mga malamlam na tono ang namamayani sa interior, kasama ang mga accent na tanso na metal at walnut na sumasalamin sa isang oriental na kapaligiran. Ang mga pattern ng mainit na kulay-abong marmol ay kumukontrast sa malalawak na bahagi ng beige at kulay-abong wall cloth at mga dingding na dark walnut. Ang mga elementong Tsino at modernong karakter ng lungsod ay pinagsama sa isang eksena upang lumikha ng kalmado at eleganteng ambiance. Konkreto ang lahat ng dingding, kaya't binibigyang-diin ng disenyo ang bukas na lugar at ang mga detalyadong pinong yaman.

Unique Properties: Although the purpose of the model unit is to display the designs available in the complex, the space it creates is comparable to that of life. Therefore, the designers believe that the display should return to the essence of life, that is, the common spiritual and material needs of the people.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 380 square meters.

Production Technology: This is also the key to convey the sense of spatial quality. In terms of color, the overall space is dominated by light tones, bronze metal materials and walnut are dotted with elements that reflect the oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall.
Design Challenge: The biggest difficulty of the overall design space is the limitation brought by the concrete structure of all walls. By using the design methods, the visitors are able to focus on the beauty of the formation structure highlighted by the spacious area, and the carefully designed minute details.
Research: The setting of the scene is for the new elite class in China, and their career success has laid the requirements for a high-quality life. Their international careers and their love for Chinese culture reflect their high sense of self-identity and inclusiveness.
Inspiration: The Project of the model unit design originated from the designers' in-depth thinking. The purpose of the construction is to show the advantages and characteristics of the typical units available, to use the space to resonate with the visitors and engender a sense of identity, thereby helping them to have a certain demand for the unit, so as to achieve the sales goal of the developer.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 in Haikao and finished in October 2019 in Haikao.
Operation Flow: The Chinese elements and the modern urban temperament are naturally integrated into the same scene, creating a sense of peace and elegance that the new elite of the society yearns for.
