About Gradient Ramp Panduktol na Tape

Ang Gradient Ramp ay isang panduktol na tape na idinisenyo upang mapadaling hanapin ang gilid na pinutol. Ang karaniwang transparent na tape ay manipis, kaya kadalasang mahirap hanapin ang gilid nito matapos gamitin. Ang Gradient Ramp ay may taglay na gradient ng kulay sa buong haba nito. Kapag pinutol ang tape, ang mga layer nito ay lumilikha ng kapansin-pansing pagkakaiba ng kulay sa linya ng pagkaputol. Hinahanap ng gumagamit ang bahaging may pinakamatinding kontrast at doon hinihila ang tape. Ang tape ay gawa sa PVC film na walang plasticizer, na nagbibigay ng mahusay na resistensya sa mababang temperatura, matibay na paunang pagkapit, at madaling pagputol.

Unique Properties: This is a sellotape with a unique color. What is unique about it is what it does. It is a tape made of gradient. After using the tape, due to the gradient characteristics of the cut after use will form a color difference. So that users find the transparent tape incision, easy to use.

Production Technology: No plasticizer PVC film based material, with good low temperature resistance, good initial viscosity, easy punching and cutting molding.
Design Challenge: This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
Research: In the past decade, the production of rubber belt has maintained an upward trend, with the output rising from 10.03 billion square meters in 2007 to 21.86 billion square meters in 2016. The industry scale is expanding continuously, and the market prospect is broad. Despite the forward-looking estimates, in 2017, the production of tape reached 23.80 billion square meters, a year-on-year growth of 8.88%. In such a large market, a tape that solves pain points is very promising.
Inspiration: I get my inspiration from gradient.Tape is a stationery that many people often use.Because the tape is too thin.Everyone who uses tape has a problem with not finding the cut.We combine the principle of gradient with tape.You can easily find the tape cut through the color difference.Our motivation was to design a tape that was easier to use.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021.
Operation Flow: First pick up the tape. Second, look for areas where the color difference is very pronounced. Third, use tape. Finally, after using the tape, the tape incision and tape will directly produce obvious color difference, convenient for people to find, so that the next use is more simple.
