Ang Yilong International Centre ay isang komplikadong gusali ng opisina sa Qingdao, Tsina. Dalawang tore ang pinagdurugtong ng isang nakalutang tulay na nakalagay sa ibabaw ng mas mababang gusali. Ang tulay ay naglalaman ng isang pinagsamang espasyo ng pabilyon at lumilikha ng isang bertikal na daloy ng sirkulasyon sa pagitan ng dalawang tore. Ang mga hagdan-hagdang plataporma ay nakaharap sa tanawin, kaya't ang gusali ay parang isang nagkalat na grupo ng mga bundok. Ginagamit ng mga tore ang konkretong balangkas na core tube at frame-shear wall na istruktura, habang ginagamit naman ng tulay ang multi-truss na istrukturang bakal. Mga Natatanging Katangian: From the perspective of "managing land and improving the city",the scheme adds an aerial bridge between the two towers,organizes the business form moving line with the concept of three-dimensional city,and forms a vertical complex ecological closed loop. In the face of the landscape,a retreat platform is added,making the building like a scattered mountain,winding up the secluded path,and the natural environment to achieve a “soft” connection,to achieve a harmonious coexistence.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: This project is a high level connecting body structure, in which the super high-rise office is a frame core tube structure, the high-rise office is a frame-shear wall structure, and the connecting body is located on the top of the high-rise office building.Floor and roof of all buildings are cast-in-place concrete beam and slab system.The connecting body adopts multi-truss steel structure, and the side of the super high-rise office building adopts rigid connection, and the side of the high-rise office building adopts sliding support.The floor of the connecting body adopts composite floor.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The biggest challenge in the design process of the project was the way the two towers were connected. Through constant research and comparison of model tests, we finally chose a way that was most conducive to the spatial design effect.The sufficient openness and sharing of the pavilion space in the cloud is what we want to present finally.
Pananaliksik: Yilong International Centre located in Huangdao District, east of Wuyishan Road and north of Changjiang Road, the city environment is relatively mature.The building faces the mountains and the sea around the site, and the images of rivers, forests, streams, valleys, rocks and peaks in nature are applied in the architectural language, creating a space with a harmonious transition between the high-density city and the natural landscape, like a landscape painting or a group of green bonsai.
Inspirasyon: Continuation of the city's original cultural context, the restoration of Oriental natural philosophy and wisdom of the classical city.Collage architecture in classical landscape painting.It brings traditional poetry into the city, reconstructs the symbiotic relationship between architecture and environment in the high-density and fast-paced area, and creates a future landscape artistic conception that gives people emotional sustension.Let "landscape" everywhere.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The project started in August 2019 in the urban area of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and is currently underway.
Daloy ng Operasyon: The site design divides the plot into low area office entrance square zone, high area office entrance square zone and urban commercial interface.The entrance square completes the traffic connection between the office and the city, and the setting and changing of the space.The urban commercial interface activates the connection between the whole project and the city.Different function entrances are set separately, with clear direction and clear system.
