About Lovin Maris Villas Ang Pagpapaunlad Ng Tirahan

Napili si Quark para sa arkitektura at panloob na disenyo ng Lovin Maris Villas. Binubuo ang proyekto ng 14 na modernong istilong villa na matatagpuan sa isang tahimik, tabing-dagat na kapitbahayan sa Istanbul. Ang konsepto ng disenyo ng Quark para sa proyektong ito ay isinasama ang mga minimalist na aesthetics at ginhawa sa geographic na posisyon ng mga villa. Ang pagpoposisyon ng mga villa, kung saan matatanaw ang Marmara Sea, na sinamahan ng malalaking bintana, LED cove lighting at spotlighting ay nag-aalok ng eye friendly na interior. Ang mainit na paleta ng kulay na ginamit sa mga villa ay kinukumpleto ng paggamit ng mga organikong materyales at natural na texture.

Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Unique Properties: Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

Production Technology: The project is currently being built by using both concrete and steel structure methods.
Design Challenge: Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
Research: Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
Inspiration: Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
Project Duration: The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
Operation Flow: Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
