About Crystallar Ang Condiment Set

Kasama sa set ng condiment ang dalawang stainless steel shaker at isang lalagyan ng semento. Ang mga shaker ay nasa hugis-kristal na haligi, na ginagamit para sa lahat ng natural na mineral o herb seasonings. Ang bawat shaker ay pinakintab na may malutong, mirror finish sa panlabas. Ang inspirasyon sa disenyo ay mula sa kristal na kumpol, tatlong shaker ay sinusunod nang paisa-isa bilang kristal na haligi na may heksagonal na prisma, ayusin ang mga ito nang magkasama sa may hawak na lumilikha ng isang miniature tulad ng kristal na kumpol. Ang disenyo ay nagpapahayag ng konsepto ng pagbuo ng lahat ng buhay sa kalikasan, likas na yaman ang nag-aalaga sa mga bagay na may buhay at nagpapayaman din sa buhay ng tao.

Unique Properties: Condiment set includes two stainless steel shaker and one cement holder. The shakers are in crystal-pillar shape, used for all natural mineral or herb seasonings. Each shaker is polished with a crisp, mirror finish on the exterior.
The design expresses the concept of the formation of all lives in nature, natural resources are nurturing the living things of the earth and also enrich human life.
Dimensions & Packaging: This set is made of stainless steel grade SUS316 (SS18/10) and cement. For the metal processing, laser cutting and welding are used to form the shakers. Dimension: Three shakers L45 x W45 x H61mm ; L45 x W37 x H72mm; L45 x W39 x H97mm. One cement holder L115 x W98 x H25mm.

Production Technology: Stainless Steel SUS316 is used for making shakers. Polygonal & crystal-like design of shaker requires special metalworking techniques that the defective rate is high.
Design Challenge: The creativity is totally beyond the production possibilities. Polygonal & crystal-like design of shaker requires special metalworking techniques that the defective rate is high.
Research: Exploring various metalworking production techniques were crucial to the success of the production of this project. Cement holder in polygonal shape also requires special mold and processing technique to keep the quality standard.
Inspiration: Design inspiration from crystal cluster, three shakers are observed individually as crystal pillar with hexagonal prism,
arrange them together on the holder creating a miniature like the crystal cluster.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2020 in Hong Kong and finished in December 2021 in China.
Operation Flow: This condiment set can be used as tableware and home decors.
