About Eco House Ang Tirahan

Ang proyektong ito ng napapanatiling bahay ay matatagpuan sa protektadong landscape area Nature 2000, na napapalibutan ng beech at oak na kagubatan, horse riding meadows at mga lupang pang-agrikultura. Ang bilang ng pagsusuri ay tinukoy ang pangwakas na hugis ng bahay, kasama ng mga ito: pagsusuri ng functional plan, paghahati sa araw, gabi, teknikal at nagtatrabaho na mga zone; pagsusuri ng solar radiation; upang i-optimize ang solar gain at upang lumikha ng mga interior na may wastong natural na liwanag.

Ang Eco House Ang Tirahan ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse, isang lubhang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga natatanging disenyong nakikilala sa pagkamalikhain, katalinuhan at talas ng isip. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bronse ay mga likhang lubhang mahusay at kapansin-pansing malikhain na nagpapatunay sa malawak na karanasan, imahinasyon at pagkamaparaan ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Eco House Ang Tirahan ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Eco House Ang Tirahan ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Unique Properties: This project of sustainable house is located in the protected landscape area Nature 2000, surrounded by beech and oak forests, horse riding meadows and agricultural lands.
Number of analysises defined the final shape of the house, among them: analysis of functional plan – division into day, night, technical and working zones; analysis of solar radiation; to optimize solar gain and to create interiors with proper natural light.
Dimensions & Packaging: Simulations of the sun positions in different periods of a year allowed to create proper arrangement of the house layout and glass partition in way to gain heat in winter and to reduce overwheating in summer. Energy efficient Izodom technology was used to minimize heat loss.

Production Technology: The house in not huge, but there is a spacious day zone inside, that is open up to 5 m height. Its main pride is a concrete wall and bearing mounting stairs.
Inspiration: The building is designed in way to optimize the energy gain and loss. Sustainability of the house comes not only from unique technology but also out of architectural form and shape that harmonizes with nature.
