About Zima Kaswal na Sapatos

Ang Zima ay isang kaswal na sapatos na gawa sa kamay na hango sa Giveh, isang tradisyonal na sining ng paggawa ng sapatos mula sa Persia. Ang pangalang Zima ay nangangahulugang paglakad sa lupa. Ang itaas na bahagi ay hinabi sa pamamagitan ng kamay mula sa nano fabric, alinsunod sa tradisyonal na paraan ng paghahabi na kilala bilang Giveh-Baafi. Ang suwelas at ang tali ng sapatos ay gawa sa cork composite na pinagsasama ang mga butil ng cork at polyurethane. Ginamit ang artificial intelligence upang tuklasin ang mga bagong anyo batay sa lumang Giveh at sa mga pangunahing katangiang ergonomiko. Ang pakete ay maaari ding gamitin bilang lalagyan ng sapatos.

Ang Zima Kaswal na Sapatos ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak, isang pambihirang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga disenyong nasa pinakamataas na antas, nakabibighani at kahanga-hanga. Ang mga nagwagi ng Pilak ay mga likhang lubhang makinang at napakamalikhain na naglalarawan sa pambihirang kadalubhasaan, talento at talas ng isip ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Zima Kaswal na Sapatos ay isang kahanga-hangang likhang huwaran na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at malalim na makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak ay isang lubhang kapansin-pansin at hinahangaang imbensyon na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Ang Zima Kaswal na Sapatos ay isang likhang labis na kinaiinggitan na gumigising ng mga hangarin, nagdadala ng positibong damdamin at nagpapasiklab ng pagkamangha at pagkabighani.

Unique Properties: Zima, Is a handcrafted casual footwear which has been designed based on traditional shoe making in Persia that's called Giveh, Zima means Walk on the earth. This product Is a sustainable one with cork composite shoelace, Nano fabric for weaving upper part or socks, It also collaborates with Artificial Intelligence to indicate new form based on the old Giveh and main ergonomic features. In addition, the final package could be used as shoe rack and all products would be minted as NFT (Non fungible token) sneakers in Metaverse.
Dimensions & Packaging: For making new visual elements and forms, I used Artificial Intelligence beta (Midjourney), First step, the main keywords were given to Ai based on the goals of the project. Then, they were edited and modified through doodling and sketching. At the end, the process of 3D-modeling and rendering were finished based on the standards of Foot anthropometry. (Scale 1:1.5 of Size 40 - EU. for CAD and 3D Print, based on ISO standard of shoe last) (Scale up to Size 40 - EU. for Rendering and graphical presentation, based on ISO standard of grading pattern)

Production Technology: Zima casual shoe consists of two main production method, First one refers to make Cork composite shoelace, In order to reach that, the Industry uses "Direct Injection Plastic Mold" but in this project the combination is 96% Cork granule and 6% PU (Polyurethane) to strengthen the sole part. The second one is about socks part or woven upper part, It called Giveh-Baafi that means weaving traditional Giveh which has been done by rural women for decades.
Design Challenge: Working with Artificial Intelligence beta (Midjourney), along with research process of Culture, Market, Sociology, in order to comprehend the taste of customers, were the most complicated elements.
Research: The most important tool in the field of study was verbal-visual (researcher-made questionnaire) and has benefited from the analysis of relevant experts (Delphi group). Also this project is looking forward to the interaction design, user-centered approach and Using analytical hierarchy process (AHP), library research, developing questionnaires, diagrams and studying selected designs from the perspective of performance, ergonomics, aesthetics and presenting the final design under the name of Zima. These footwears, could be considered as one of the most Eco-friendly sneakers, not only in Iran, but also worldwide.
Inspiration: Making Giveh as a traditional handcrafted footwear, constitutes a significant share of the income for different ethnicities in Persia. But the form and function does not match the tastes of users in modern societies, cause It can be beneficial through the perspective of business and exportation. So I decided to seek the culture, changes, technologies, and also young startups in high-tech materials, in order to redesign one of the most revenue-generating handcrafted products in whole history of Middle East.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2021 and finished in April 2022 in Tehran, Iran.
Operation Flow: Zima offers various patterns, colors, tips which could be charming for so many customers. On the other hand, mixing the past and futuristic tools, such as Ai and new form of ergonomic shoelace that has been made by advanced softwares like Solidworks (Surface) and Keyshot, makes this product more enchanting.
