About Abeam Shanghai Ang Lugar Ng Trabaho

Isa itong opisina na nagpapasigla ng mga bagong paraan ng istilo ng trabaho sa panahon ng post-corona. Ang ideya ay nagmula sa kung anong uri ng opisina ang gustong magtrabaho ng mga tao. Upang bumuo ng isang opisina kung saan ang mga koponan ay maaaring gumana nang malikhain. Isinasaalang-alang ang eksena ng pagtatrabaho sa isang koponan at paglikha ng mga lugar na may iba't ibang mga function. Ang konsepto ng disenyo ay batay sa Abeam brand na Kulay ng imahe, ito ay isang disenyo na nagpapadama sa mga gumagamit ng tatak ng Abeam na may mga gintong accent. Ang pagdidisenyo ng espasyo sa opisina na nagbabalanse sa kalinisan at karangyaan, ay nagpapataas ng kahulugan ng pagpunta sa opisina, pakikipag-ugnayan ng empleyado, at kagalingan.

By designing an office space that balances cleanliness and luxury,
Increase the meaning of coming to the office, employee engagement, and well-being.
Dimensions & Packaging: Total area of 2,400 square meters in size.

Production Technology: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
Design Challenge: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
Research: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style.
How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees.
Inspiration: It is an office that stimulate new ways of workstyle in the post-corona era.
Idea comes from what kind of office people like to work in.
In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important.
To form an office where teams can work creatively.
Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions.
As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
Project Duration: Design started in december 2021, completion in november 2022
Operation Flow: This office is designed to stimulate teamwork. By interacting and working with one another, new ideas can to be generated in a creative way.
