About Baidu Safety Production Interface para sa Inspeksyon ng Pipeline
Ang Baidu Safety Production ay isang interface para sa inspeksyon ng mga pipeline ng langis at gas. Pinagsama ang artificial intelligence sa mga intelligent na kagamitan, industrial big data, edge computing, digital twin technology, Internet of Things, GIS mapping at 5G. Nagiging posible ang inspeksyong walang tao o may kaunting tao lamang sa mga lugar na may mataas na panganib. Kabilang sa mga function ang pagtukoy ng mga panganib sa kaligtasan, awtomatikong pag-uulat ng mga hindi normal na pangyayari at three-dimensional na remote monitoring. - Design Challenge
- The pipeline inspection scenarios present several challenges, such as high labor intensity, poor operation quality, and difficulty in improving efficiency and ensuring personnel safety. Baidu inspection system was designed to solve these problems.
- Research
- During the early design phase, we conducted numerous user interviews and field research and discovered that the oil and gas pipe gallery contains many pipelines, as well as flammable, explosive, and toxic substances, making traditional manual inspections potentially unsafe. Baidu inspection system greatly improved inspection efficiency and ensured safety production.
- Inspiration
- In China, the transportation of pipeline for oil and gas is enclosed and complex, and the transport medium may include toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and benzene. Traditional patrol inspection mainly relies on manual labor, and once a leak occurs, it poses a huge safety hazard to personnel. Baidu developed this system in response to these challenges.
- Project Duration
- The project was designed in China in May 2022 and has since been implemented in Chinese enterprises in August. The process is still ongoing and being continuously updated to meet new requirements.
- Operation Flow
- Users can manage robots, develop inspection plans, and view and process any situation in the pipeline through PC terminals. They can also view information on mobile phones, large screens, and PCs. This multi-terminal linkage interaction reduces limits of time and space, improves the quality of inspection, and ensures the safety of personnel.
