About Next Collection Kumplehong Tirahan

Ang Next Collection ay isang kumplehong tirahan na idinisenyo kaugnay ng talampas ng Green Cape. Ang gusali ay binubuo ng tatlong independiyenteng pakpak na inilagay sa isang podium na may hawak na hardin. Ang bubungan ay ginagamit bilang isang lugar panlipunan na may restawran, bar, at swimming pool. Ang pagkakalatag ng mga pakpak ay sumusuporta sa malinaw na daloy sa pagitan ng mga apartment at ng hardin sa podium. Ang interyor ay sumusunod sa isang minimalistang pamamaraan na may temang pandagat at isang kalmadong palette ng kolor. Pinagsasama ng disenyo ang mga organikong hugis sa nakapaligid na topograpiya.

Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software.
