About House GR31 Pribadong Residensya

Nagbibigay ng pribado at protektadong espasyo na malapit na nakaugnay sa lokal na natural na tanawin, ang hugis-T na eskulturang bilyar na ito para sa isang pamilya ay pagdiriwang ng pakiramdam ng panloob-panlabas at inilagay nang bahagyang nakaanggulo sa site upang mapalaki ang mga tanawin. Ang simple ngunit sopistikadong konsepto ng materyales at kulay ay perpektong kapaligiran para sa mga may-ari. Iba't ibang uri ng hardin na may kaugnayan sa liwanag tulad ng lubog na patyo para sa lugar ng panloob na pool, ang paglalaro ng sikat ng araw sa umaga at hardin ng halamang-pampalasa para sa kusina, ang panlabas na terasa para sa kainan at ang bukas na lounge para sa sikat ng gabi na araw.

Project Duration: The project started in 2019 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: Different light related garden qualities, like a sunken courtyard for the indoor pool aerea, the morning sun play and herb kitchen garden, the sheltered outside dining terrace and the open lounge to the evening sun.
