Book Text: Muling binibigyang-kahulugan ng E.H. House Project ang walang kupas na luho sa pamamagitan ng pagsasama ng mga likas na materyales at kontemporaryong dinamika ng espasyo. Tinukoy ng sopistikadong pagpili ng materyales at pinong detalye, pinagsasama ng disenyo ang modernong kaginhawaan sa banayad na elegansya upang lumikha ng tirahang nananatili sa paglipas ng panahon. Ang pagbibigay-pansin sa pagkadalubhasa, ang balanse sa pagitan ng functionality at estetika, at ang diin sa integridad ng materyales ang nagpapatingkad sa proyekto.

Production Technology: The project adopts a material-driven design methodology, emphasizing craftsmanship and precision detailing. Natural marble, brushed metal, and oak wood surfaces were crafted using hand-finishing techniques to achieve refined textures.
Design Challenge: The main creative challenge was to balance contemporary aesthetics with timeless elegance while addressing the client's demand for functionality. Coordinating the procurement of high-quality natural materials and bespoke craftsmanship, along with integrating the implementation process into a tight timeline, were key obstacles successfully overcome during the project.
Research: A research process was conducted based on the lifestyle, tastes, and needs of the homeowner. Selections focused on natural materials, timeless design, and functional comfort. Various suppliers and manufacturers were visited to identify the most suitable solutions that align with the project's vision.
Inspiration: Inspired by the concept of timeless luxury, the project seeks to harmonize natural materials with modern spatial dynamics. Research focused on creating refined living spaces where functionality, comfort, and understated elegance coexist, resulting in a sophisticated yet enduring residential interior.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2022 in Istinye, Istanbul, and was completed in February 2023. The design and construction phases were meticulously managed to ensure a seamless transition from concept to realization, with careful attention paid to preserving the original design vision throughout the process.
Operation Flow: The design enhances daily life by offering a seamless and intuitive spatial experience. Open layouts, natural material textures, and carefully integrated lighting create a welcoming environment. Users interact effortlessly with the space, feeling both comfort and sophistication throughout the home.
