About Feixi New Energy Parkeng Industriyal

Ang Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park ay isang complex na pang-opisina at pang-industriya sa Hefei, Lalawigan ng Anhui, Tsina. Sumasaklaw ang parke sa 46,223.8 metro kuwadrado at binubuo ng dalawang gusaling pang-opisina, isang kantina, isang bulwagang pang-eksibisyon at isang gusaling koridor. Ang mga kurbadong koridor ay nag-uugnay sa mga modular na volume ng gusali at lumilikha ng geometrikong diyalogo sa pagitan ng mga ito. Ang ilang bahagi ng curtain wall ay gumagamit ng vacuum glass at low emissivity glass upang mapabuti ang insulasyon at mabawasan ang silaw. Ang paggreberde ng bubong, patayong halamanan at pagtatanim sa antas ng lupa ay tumutulong sa pagsasaayos ng lokal na microclimate.

Unique Properties: Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.
Dimensions & Packaging: The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

Production Technology: Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.
Design Challenge: The development of Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park also aims to create a green and sustainable office industrial park. The project seeks to convey the concepts of energy conservation, environmental protection, and sustainable development to the public, promote the adoption and advancement of green building technologies, and make a positive contribution to environmental protection and sustainable development across society.
Research: In addition to strategies for the sustainable reuse of building spaces and materials, the design incorporates a multi layered ecological landscape system (including rooftop greening, vertical greenery, and ground level landscape belts) to regulate the microclimate, reduce the urban heat island effect, and enhance the park’s resilience to climate change.
Inspiration: The design concept was closely aligned with company vision. From the cultural symbolism of Wood and Stone to the theme of Dialogue Between Nature and Technology, the design thoughtfully integrates the core values sustainability, diversity, and techconology forward thinking into both architecture and interior spaces. It envisions a new model of future workplace that blends ecology, comfort, personalization, and environmental consciousnes.
