About A Moment of Joy Pakete ng Alak

Ang A Moment of Joy ay isang disenyo ng pakete ng alak na hango sa bulaklak ng plum, isang simbolo ng katatagan at kahinahunan. Ang bote ay gawa sa transparent na salamin, na hinubog sa pamamagitan ng high-temperature one-piece molding process na lumilikha ng makinis at tuloy-tuloy na kurbadong mga ibabaw. Ang takip ay gawa sa parehong materyal at may hugis ng bulaklak ng plum na nagpapatuloy sa anyo ng bote. Ang transparent na katawan ay nagpapakita ng likido sa loob at sumasalamin ng liwanag at anino. Ang panlabas na kahon ay gumagamit ng eco-friendly na papel na may pinong embossing. Ang minimalistang anyo ay pinagsasama ang imaheng Silangan at modernong disenyo.

Unique Properties: Centered on the principle of "Less is More", this design blends the form of the plum blossom with transparent materials to create a light and dynamic visual language. The seamlessly integrated bottle cap and body combine Eastern imagery with modern minimalist styles, offering a fresh aesthetic expression of liquor packaging. The overall design is fresh and elegant, catering to young consumers' pursuit of relaxation and ritual in drinking moments.

Production Technology: The bottle is formed using transparent glass through a high-temperature one-piece molding process, ensuring smooth and continuous curved surfaces. The cap, made from the same material, features a plum blossom shape that extends the bottle form. The outer box applies eco-friendly paper with a subtle embossing technique, enhancing tactile depth while minimizing redundant decoration elements.
Design Challenge: The challenge is how to convey the form and essence of the plum blossom while preserving the imagery of negative space central to Eastern aesthetics through a minimalist bottle. Eliminating refined carvings and symbolic motifs, the bottle uses subtle curvatures and the interplay of light and shadow to form an elegant, dynamic plum blossom-featured shape. This approach ultimately achieved the goal of "simple form, rich meaning," striking a balance between visual expression and cultural depth.
Research: This project focuses on the integration of Eastern culture and modern aesthetics, aiming to explore visual expressions for liquor packaging in aspects of youthfulness and emotional resonance. The design responds to contemporary consumers' demand for simplicity, restraint, and emotional connection through the synergy of form, material, and interplay of light and shadow.
Inspiration: Inspired by the plum blossom, a symbol of resilience and subtlety, the design conveys the idea that drinking is like savoring one's own life. It embodies that one will experience ups and downs of life and gain reconciliation eventually, culminating in a blossoming after truly knowing oneself. Clean lines outline the flower, while the transparent bottle reveals the graceful movement of the liquid within. This design evokes a softer, more intimate emotional resonance.
Project Duration: The project finished in December 2024 in Guiyang.
Operation Flow: The transparent bottle allows the liquor to flow like a scene within its undulating contours, refracting subtle play of light and shadow as the lighting changes. As drinkers raise the cup, they slow down and immerse themselves in the liquid, the form, and their own emotions — creating a highly ritualistic and meaningful interaction experience.
