The Design

About House LW27 Pribadong Tahanan

Ang House LW27 ay isang pribadong tahanan na itinayo sa isang medyo maliit na lote sa isang residensyal na lugar. Ang puting volume ay kabaligtaran ng magagaspang na elemento ng natural na bato. Ang mga puting pader na may palitada, mga sahig na oak, at natural na bato para sa mga sahig, banyo, tsimenea at pader ang humuhubog sa interior. Sa ground level, ang isang open plan ay malayang dumadaloy mula silangan hanggang kanluran sa tabi ng pool. Ang mga sliding window na mula sahig hanggang kisame ay nag-uugnay sa loob at labas sa buong taon. Sa itaas na palapag matatagpuan ang mga silid-tulugan na may kani-kaniyang banyo. Ang isang roof terrace na may mga tanim ay nagbabalik sa kalikasan ng natakpang bahagi ng lupa.

Unique Properties: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls.

Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
