About Era Silyang Walang Sandalan

Ang Era ay isang silyang walang sandalan na dinisenyo bilang isang eskultural na elemento ng upuan para sa mga interior. Ang base nito ay binubuo ng mga metal na baras na nakakabit sa pagitan ng isang itaas at ibabang poste, kung saan ang bawat isa ay hawak ng isang metal na singsing na may mga butas na nakalagay sa kalkuladong mga anggulo. Ang mga baras ay umiikot sa isang gitnang aksis, at ang pagsasalamin ng liwanag sa pagitan ng mga linya ay lumilikha ng isang pandama ng paggalaw. Ang lahat ng mga elemento ng pagkakabit ay nakatago, kaya't ang istruktura ay nagpapakita bilang isang malinaw na anyo. Ang upuan ay binalutan ng foam at katad, at isang plywood na plato sa loob ang pumipigil sa foam na mabaluktot. Ang Era ay may sukat na 500 milimetro ang taas, 450 ang lapad, at 450 ang lalim.

Ang Era Silyang Walang Sandalan ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal, isang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga mahuhusay na disenyong tumutugon sa mga propesyonal at pang-industriyang kinakailangang inaasahan sa mga mahusay na pagkakadisenyong likha. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Inaasahang ang Era Silyang Walang Sandalan ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na likhang praktikal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan ng industriya at may mahuhusay na katangiang teknikal na may kasamang kaalaman at talento. Ang Era Silyang Walang Sandalan ay iginagalang dahil sa kaingatan nito at idinisenyo upang maghatid ng mga pagpapabuti sa kalidad ng buhay na tumutulong gawing mas mabuting lugar ang mundo.

Unique Properties: The goal of this project was to make a unique stool that in itself can be a convincing and prominent element for the user and the room.
The reflection of light and its effect between the lines of its metal bases creates a sense of movement and continuity for the audience.

Production Technology: The rods are fixed at the top and bottom poles, each by a metal ring, each of which has a calculated angle hole. The stool is covered with a foam and a leather cover, and a plywood plate is embedded in the seat to prevent the foam from deforming.
Design Challenge: The clearness of the design was one of the main intentions during the whole development period. That meant that no visible fastening elements were allowed. These objectives together required the invention of an ingenious, yet simple solution to completely hide the fastening elements for the poles. Probably this was the hardest part of the development.
Research: Until the final form of Era was realized, diverse prototypes has been constructed to get the best possible look. All the angles, number and diameter of poles, the final colors, the exact shape of the ring was researched in many ways. We have also made numerous experiments with the SLS technology, to reach the desired quality and perfect assembly tolerances for the manufacturing of the product.
Inspiration: The main idea of the quadruped is derived from nature. The circular rotation around a axis makes it look like a tornado. Regular repetition of lines at the base of stool has made it a modern sculpture
Project Duration: This project started in April of 2018 in Tehran, Iran.
Operation Flow: It is part of a new living style that, due to its special shape, can create a unique landscape as a unit or even in combination with other components of the interior.
