Tungkol sa Basalt Bahay

Itinayo para sa kaginhawaan pati na rin maging matikas. Ang disenyo na ito ay tunay na nakakaakit ng mata at kapansin-pansin sa loob at labas. Kasama sa mga tampok ang kahoy na kahoy, mga bintana na ginawa upang magdala ng maraming sikat ng araw, at ito ay nakapapawi sa mga mata. Nakakagulo ito sa kagandahan at pamamaraan. Kapag ikaw ay nasa bahay na ito, hindi mo mapansin ang katahimikan at pakiramdam ng oasis na dadalhin sa iyo. Ang Basalt Bahay ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak, isang pambihirang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga disenyong nasa pinakamataas na antas, nakabibighani at kahanga-hanga. Ang mga nagwagi ng Pilak ay mga likhang lubhang makinang at napakamalikhain na naglalarawan sa pambihirang kadalubhasaan, talento at talas ng isip ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Basalt Bahay ay isang kahanga-hangang likhang huwaran na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at malalim na makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak ay isang lubhang kapansin-pansin at hinahangaang imbensyon na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Ang Basalt Bahay ay isang likhang labis na kinaiinggitan na gumigising ng mga hangarin, nagdadala ng positibong damdamin at nagpapasiklab ng pagkamangha at pagkabighani.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: The BASALT house is a house located in the southern part of Syrian Arab Republic. It is located at an altitude higher than 1100 meters above sea level amid a dense forest of oaks.
This house combines both past and present architecture, with its simple exterior, sharp angles and unique combination of distinct material. Blending ancient architecture using basalt and oak wood with renewed creative ideas merging from this historical era.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: This house is designed to blend easily and beautifully into the surroundings of natural environment, as well as being durable, resistant and can endure natural unpredictable weather conditions. Its outer walls are built of double concrete blocks and are covered with natural basalt stones. Its large windows are made to bring in as much light as possible while keeping a cozy atmosphere. The double glazing thermal brake aluminum system is used as well as water refining systems and solar systems.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The hardest part that I had to face was combining the popular architecture built in Southern Syria under the Roman Empire with today's simple comfortable creative design, using the latest technology yet keeping it elegant and interesting to viewers.
Pananaliksik: The research was done by using the internet and observing firsthand the designs built in my hometown in Southern Syria.
The main objective was to blend the popular architecture built in southern Syria under the Roman Empire with unique up to date architecture with a creative touch from the past and present designs.
Methodology for my project was mainly looking at the popular Roman architecture and studying their details to find ways to combine in with today's different interests of people.
Inspirasyon: What inspired me the most for this design was the Ancient Romans' architectures built in southern Syria.
Despite the simplicity of its architectural design, it is still imposing its prestige and charms, while continues to be very impressive for viewers. In my opinion, I believe that we are longing for simple and uncomplicated designs at times when modern designs have become a commodity.
The basalt stone with its hardness, unique properties and dark color was the main inspiration for my project.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The design started in March 2019 and finished in June 2019 in Kuwait.
The execution will start in August 2020 in Syria.
Daloy ng Operasyon: This design is fully equipped and fully comforted with a unique automation system which allows the owner to have control to many things in this distinguished house such as; lighting, rolling shutters, boilers, heating and air-conditioning, and security system.
