About Borgio Verezzi Gusaling Pang-tahanan

Ang Borgio Verezzi ay isang gusaling pang-tahanan na may dalawampu't dalawang palapag, sa lungsod ng Caxias do Sul, sa pinakatimog na bahagi ng Brazil. Ang pagpili para sa isang natatanging produktong pang-tahanan ay isang paninindigan ng developer at ng arkitektural na kumpanya simula pa sa mga unang pag-aaral. Sa aspeto ng volumetric, ang gusali ay binubuo ng isang patayong monolito kung saan ang mga volume sa mga sulok nito ay binawasan upang makalagay ang mga balkonahe. Ang mga balkonaheng ito ay pinalawig at inuunat para sa mas mahusay na tanawin at pagpasok ng sikat ng araw sa bawat palapag.

Ang Borgio Verezzi Gusaling Pang-tahanan ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Ginto, isang napakaprestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga disenyong pangunahing-uri, kahanga-hanga at namumukod-tangi. Ang mga nagwagi ng Ginto ay mga likhang lubhang makabago, may pananaw at nakasisilaw sa karilagan na sumasalamin sa talino, karunungan at husay ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Borgio Verezzi Gusaling Pang-tahanan ay isang lubos na pinupuri, nagtatakda-ng-uso at monumental na imbensyon na naghahatid ng walang kapantay na halaga. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Ginto ay isang kahanga-hanga at iginagalang na proyekto na lubos na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Ang Borgio Verezzi Gusaling Pang-tahanan ay lumilikha ng matinding damdamin ng pagnanais, gumigising ng damdamin, nagpapasigla ng pagkamalikhain at nakahuhumaling sa atin.

Unique Properties: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample
vertical monolith with suppressed volumes at its corners,
where are located great balconies that end up diminishing the
volume. The balconies are pushed and stretched for better
viewing and sunlight of each plane.
Dimensions & Packaging: The development consists of a residential building with
twenty-two floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 280.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with four
suites. Social area with
more than 110.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a
large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 1431,90 square meters and the Gross Area: 10.190,00 square meters.

Production Technology: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, granites, apparent concrete and double glasses were used in the facades and other areas.
Design Challenge: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Research: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. With this, arose the proposal of an authorial architecture that dialogue with the art and with plastic artists of the region. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspiration: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Project Duration: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Operation Flow: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling.
