About YumChina Innovation Center Panloob na Disenyo ng Innovation Center

Ang Yum China Innovation Center ay isang 2500 metro kuwadradong panloob na disenyo para sa isang pasilidad ng pananaliksik at pagpapaunlad ng pagkain sa Shanghai, China. Ang sentro ay naglalaman ng mga espesyalisadong kusina, isang conference room, isang lugar para sa disenyo ng pakete, mga opisina at isang lobby. Ang bawat kusina ay pinlano para sa episyente, malinis at komportableng trabaho. Ang mga nakalaang sistema ng bentilasyon, tubig, kuryente at data ay sumusuporta sa mga gawaing pananaliksik. Ang mga ibabaw na gawa sa ash wood at burl na may kulay na abo at puti ay lumilikha ng isang mainit at kalmadong kapaligiran. Pinag-aralan ang layout upang mapabuti ang paggalaw ng mga tauhan at bisita.

Production Technology: The Innovation Center is an optimization of the creative food experience. The design team carefully examined the food creation process and optimized the space to enhance the workflow and the movement of staff and visitors through the facility. The materials, colors and textures were selected to create an atmosphere that supports the sensory experience of new food creations.
Design Challenge: Yum China’s new facilities defy limitations while conveying
warmth; The efficient office space embraces a clean design
aesthetic and is visually appealing; Hearty ash and burl suggests
strength and dignity. The exquisitely detailed conference room,
public spaces and kitchen innovation center are brimming with
imagination, original ideas and creativity. Yum China’s embrace
of intelligent design encourages fellowship, sensibility, rationality... and food!
Research: The Yum China Innovation Kitchen facility is tasked with
interpreting, developing and refining the many food products
offered by the Yum China family of restaurants. Everything from
the ingredients, to the look to the packaging are meticulously
considered at this facility. Therefore, all aspects of this facility
were also meticulously considered, refined and reconsidered to
create a workplace that nurtures the very important tasks of the
professionals that labor here creating the future of food.
Inspiration: Embracing sensibility and rationality: a mixture of functional considerations and innovative creativity
Project Duration: Project duration from May 2018 to January 2018. The Innovation Center is located in Shanghai, China.
Operation Flow: The YumChina Innovation Center is at the heart of YumChina’s efforts to bring healthy diverse food choices to China. In highly specialized kitchens, foods are researched, developed and optimized. Each of the specialized kitchens has been designed to provide efficient, hygienic and thoughtful workspaces. Everything from materials, equipment and ergonomics was considered. Special HVAC, water, power and data systems were developed to fully support the Innovation Center activities. This cutting edge project resulted from the collaboration of the designers, contractors and food experts.
