Kayoni Yapı Seti Hakkında

Kayoni, çocuklar ve yetişkinler için tasarlanmış modüler bir yapı setidir. Bloklar beş milimetrelik bir küp modülü temel alır ve beş küpten oluşan küçük artı biçimli bir parçadan altmış yedi küplük daha büyük bir bloğa kadar çeşitlilik gösterir. Yüksek hassasiyetli birleştirme pimleri ve yuvaları, dikey, yatay ve açılı birleştirmeye birden fazla yönde imkân tanır. Bloklar, yüksek kaliteli ABS malzemeden çeşitli renklerde enjeksiyon kalıplama yöntemiyle üretilir. Setler, resimli montaj örnekleriyle birlikte 100 ile 3200 arasında blok içerir. Kayoni, oyun aracılığıyla yaratıcılığı, öğrenmeyi ve mantıksal düşünmeyi desteklemeyi amaçlar.

Benzersiz Özellikler: By means of vision, applied technology, high precision tools and a tight mathematical design concept, is bridging the range of Kayoni-blocks. A modular system demonstrating unique and high versatility in construction and assembly possibilities and allowing vertical, horizontal as well as angled assembly of blocks - simply by blocks. Kayoni has challenged known construction set concepts and is pushing boundaries. Kayoni is designed to stimulate creativity, learning and logic through playing.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: Blocks varies from 15 x 10 x 5 mm in cubed dimension of the smallest to 60 x 15 x 15 mm of the largest. Dimensions and contents of a set depends on the variety and quantity of Kayoni-blocks included. The smallest product package measuring 186 x 143 x 57 mm and the largest 186 x 286 x 114 mm. Product packages are optimized for a transport carton measuring 194 x 585 x 585 mm for stacking on transports pallets for optimized logistics.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Kayoni blocks are of high accuracy injection molding. Blocks are based on a same 5 x 5 x 5 mm cube modulo, from 5 cubes to create a plus-shaped block to 67 cubes in the largest block. Cube dimensional tolerance is 0.02 mm facilitating multiple orientation assembly of blocks. For molding, high grade ABS in palette colors is used. In process quality controls and third party lab testing of raw materials and blocks assures non-presence of i.e. prohibited Phthalates as per children toys regulations.
Tasarım Zorluğu: To create a versatile 3D construction set unique from conventional vertical-based, connector-based and/or magnet-based assembly methods. This realized by a tight mathematics design concept and by high accuracy requirements to manufacturing tools and a thorough understanding of material properties and made assessments of feasible technologies, three-plate vs. hot-runner injection molding given the 5 mm cube dimensional modulo. Finally, trademarks and design patents registrations took time.
Araştırma: Objective: To create a toy series inspiring creativity and learning. Tests made on materials, technologies and products. 12 plastics tested on properties and compliance. 8 different high accuracy tools designed and tested. Tests of compounds, colorants, finished products and packing materials made by labs. Marketing research - focus groups, and user acceptance testing in market together with literature, labs, engineers, graphic designers and pedagogues contributing insights, input and feedbacks.
İlham: Inspired by what many said could not be done, an idea to create a visionary modular system, different from conventional thinking, took form. A concept aimed to inspire and stimulate, and creatively develop, selected competencies, skills and logic through playing and fun, and which would advance also social interaction and developing of social skills. From that Kayoni evolved addressing by its series, blocks and concept the age groups of preschoolers and parents, school-aged children and adults.
Proje Süresi: The Kayoni-project initiated in Copenhagen, Denmark end 2016. First time exhibited in selected sneak previews of its EVA-series at the KL Children and Youth Congress in Aalborg, Denmark January 2019. In October 2019 Kayoni was commercially introduced to market in its first, ready to launch, EVA-series. The now ready to launch Kayoni ABS-series are set for market introduction mid-2020.
İşleyiş Akışı: Kayoni-blocks are of various form, size and colors given a 5 mm modulo. High accuracy interconnecting pins and pockets allows assembly in multiple orientations with limitless opportunities. Kayoni comes in sets of 100 to 3200 blocks with illustrated assemblies. Kayoni stimulate learning, selected competencies and skill building through playing and facilitate interaction and developing of social skills. Kayoni is suitable to children and adults anywhere in homes, kindergarten, schools or offices.
