Yongqing Fang Grand Theater Renovation Sergi Alanı İç Mekân Tasarımı Hakkında

Yongqing Fang Büyük Tiyatro Yenilemesi, Guangzhou'da yer alan bir sergi ve yatırım tanıtım merkezi için gerçekleştirilmiş bir iç mekân tasarımıdır. Tiyatro, köklü markaları ve turizmiyle tanınan, yenilenmiş eski bir sokak olan Enning Yolu üzerindeki Yongqing Fang'ın simge yapılarından biridir. Tasarım, eski ve yeni öğeleri karşıtlık içinde bir araya getirir. Kutu benzeri hacimler, 334 metrekarelik düzensiz mekânı düzenler. Zemin kat proje sergilerine ayrılmışken, üst kat görüşme ve müzakereler için kullanılmaktadır. Kullanılan malzemeler arasında ahşap kaplama, beyaz boya, siyah alüminyum paneller ve gri karo yer alır. Buzlu cam ve çelik kapılar, iç mekân ile sokak arasında bağ kurar.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, the core area of old Guangzhou. In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Since the designers hope to impress visitors with greater visual impact, frosted steel is put into use as the door frame combined with transparent glass, thereby combining the indoor and outdoor landscape.

İlham: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
Proje Süresi: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Guangzhou.
