About Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club Topluluk Kulüp Binası
Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club, dağlar ile deniz arasında konumlanan bir şehir olan Çin'in Qingdao kentinde yer alan bir topluluk kulüp binası iç mekan tasarımıdır. 4239 metrekarelik bir alanı kaplayan kulüp binası, heykelsi tek bir yapı içinde çok çeşitli işlevleri bir araya getirir. Mekan, geleneksel Çin bahçelerine bir saygı duruşu niteliğinde, maksimum doğal ışığı ve yukarıya doğru açılan manzaraları yakalamak için sarmal biçimde yükselir. Doğal malzemeler ve gün boyu değişen gün ışığı, sakin ve konforlu bir atmosfer yaratır. Modern ve yalın tasarım, peyzajı merkeze alarak sakinlere iletişim için samimi bir ortam sunar.

- Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao,a city lying between mountain and sea.It boasts a grand seascape while it is characterized by the sea,it keeps its own identity of a secluded and natural land of wonder.The design takes into consideration residents new understanding of the circle of home and life,and casts a profound insight to interdependence between human beings,nature and art.

- The design inspiration comes from light.The changeable natural light brings into the space a ray of natural art.Furnished with natural materials,the elegant space and scene allows a tranquil and cozy atmosphere.

- The modern and simplistic design,centering on landscaper,and fully incorporates and brings out the best of tradition and modern,life and art, which creating a closer and amiable space for better communication.Like the museum’s changing space, it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views.It is an embodiment of the life wisdom of ‘exquisite life aesthetics’,and a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.

- Project Duration
- The project started in January 2019 in Qingdao,China and finished in June 2019.
- Operation Flow
- In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
