Tasarım

Beauty Mansion White Konut Binası Hakkında

Beauty Mansion White, Tayvan'ın Yeni Taipei şehri Xindian ilçesinde yer alan otuz katlı bir konut binasıdır. Tasarım, çevredeki dağlardan ve Bitan'ın dalgalanan sularından ilham almakta; dereler, bulutlar ve ağaçlar mimariye yansımaktadır. Lobinin merkezinde zeminden tavana uzanan yaşlı bir ağaç yükselir ve tüm haneler arasındaki bağı simgeler. Titanyum kaplama metalden yapılan tavan süslemeleri su dalgalanmalarını çağrıştırır ve gün ışığını iç mekâna yansıtır. Yapıda çelik takviyeli beton, kuplörler ve radye temel kullanılmıştır.
