Dongfangfu Yastık Hakkında

Dongfangfu, uyku sırasında baş ve boyun bölgesini desteklemek üzere tasarlanmış bir yastıktır. Yastık, farklı yüksekliklere sahip üç bölgeye ayrılmıştır: bir sırtüstü uyku bölgesi, iki yan uyku bölgesi ve bir servikal omurga rahatlatma bölgesi. Sırtüstü uyku bölgesi ile yan bölgeler 10,5 santimetre yüksekliğinde, servikal omurga rahatlatma bölgesi ise 6,5 santimetre yüksekliğindedir. Dolgu malzemesi beyaz kaz tüyü, beyaz kaz ince tüyü ve doğal lateks taneciklerinin birleşiminden oluşur. Kılıf yüzde 100 pamuklu kumaştan üretilmiştir. İçbükey yüzey, başın hatlarını takip eder.

Benzersiz Özellikler: The pillow naturally fits the head shape, effectively supports the back of the brain, neck, and shoulders in proportion. It prevents the cervical spine from deforming due to uneven force. Based on the ergonomic design, it is filled with multiple different rebound materials to meet the needs of different sleeping positions for all kinds of sleepers.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: The height of the cervical spine soothing area is 6.5cm, filled with 150g natural Thai latex particles made by the foaming process of natural rubber. It is broken into latex particles through a professional process, which maintains the elasticity and supporting force of latex. At the same time, the natural gap between the latex particles improves the air permeability. It has good support with the cervical spine, as well as the head and neck curve.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Featured a concave surface to fit the curve of the head, the back sleeping area is filled with 95% white goose down in the top and bottom, and 250g latex particles in the middle, forming the 10.5cm height. According to the ergonomic design, the three-layered three-dimensional filling provides both comfortable support and natural touch. The upper contacting layer of the back sleeping area uses 99% white goose down hand-selected by the craftsman, which breaks 800 bulkiness limit of the machine sorting goose down, reaching 920 bulkiness. The down content is measured more than 96.3%, which brings a more delicate and soft feeling.
Tasarım Zorluğu: The pillow is creatively divided into three sections: a back sleeping area on the top middle, side sleeping areas on the two sides, and a cervical spine soothing area. According to the distance from the shoulder to the neck when lying on the side, the height of the side sleeping area of the pillow is 10.5cm, and the filling is 50% white goose down and 50% white goose feathers, which moderates softness and hardness, while maintain enough supporting force.
Araştırma: Both the material and the shape design reflect the designer's meticulous care for the sleeper. With durable materials, the down pillow offers superior support and alignment year after year.
İlham: Inspired by ergonomics theories and optimization theory, Dongfangfu pillow starts from details and adopts upscale imported materials to provide a comfortable and healthy sleeping experience.
Proje Süresi: The product was designed in 2020 and it has been on the market since the winter in 2020.
İşleyiş Akışı: The pillow is divided into back sleeping area, side area and cervical spine soothing area with different height to reach a balanced structure. When sleeping on the back, the head forms a reverse traction with its own weight, which relieves the pressure on the cervical spine, relaxes the cervical spine, and stretches the healthy physiological curve of the cervical spine. The filling materials include white goose feathers and latex particles, and the cover fabric adopts 180 thread count 100% cotton fabric made in Japan, creating a soft touch and good resilience.
