Arc Mobilya Serisi Hakkında

Arc; bir dinlenme koltuğu, bir puf, bir çalışma masası, bir lambader ve bir teşhir rafından oluşan bir mobilya serisidir. Tasarım, Çin'in Shanxi eyaletindeki Taihang Dağları'nın kıvrımlı hatlarından esinlenmiştir. Bu hatlar arıtılarak her bir parçanın taşıyıcı iskeletine dönüştürülmüştür. İskeletler beyaz çelikten üretilmiş ve elde dikilmiş deri ile kaplanmıştır. Deri ve çelikle kontrast oluşturması için şeffaf cam paneller eklenmiştir. Taşıyıcı yapının mekanik analizi, açıları ve ölçüleri belirlemektedir. Ortaya çıkan sonuç, hafif ve modern bir görünümdür.

Benzersiz Özellikler: This series of furniture consists of five parts: lounge chair, footstool,desk, floor lamp and display frame. The overall style is clean and concise, giving people a sense of lightness and modernity. In the process of design, the core support structure of each furniture is focused on. After the mechanical analysis and research of the support structure, the line of the mountain range of Taihang Mountain is refined and the basic frame of the series furniture is refined and beautified.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The processing technology mainly adopts white steel casting and manual leather sewing technology. The organic white steel frame is combined with hand-sewn leather, which makes the straight line and curve form a distinct rhythm, and the whole shape is rigid and soft. The use of clear hard glass panels breaks the dullness of leather and white steel. The mixed use of different texture and characteristic materials will make this series of furniture more exploratory.
Tasarım Zorluğu: The biggest challenge is to keep the core frame of furniture stable, refine and beautify the frame form as much as possible, and save the frame material. On this basis, combined with other materials to achieve the functional and decorative furniture. And through the mixed use of different texture and characteristic materials, this series of furniture can be added more exploratory.
Araştırma: In the process of design, the core support structure of each furniture is focused on. After the mechanical analysis and research of the support structure, the line of the mountain range of Taihang Mountain is refined and the basic frame of the series furniture is refined and beautified. Using high quality white steel to form the basic frame of each furniture, the leather package is used on this basis, which makes the powerful frame line combine with the leather with good fit. It has stability and comfort.
İlham: This series of furniture design is inspired by the shape arc of the Taihang Mountains in Shanxi Province, China. Through the extraction of the local lines of Taihang Mountain, combined with the supporting structure of each furniture monomer, it evolved into a powerful and hard furniture shape.
Proje Süresi: The project started in January 2020 in Shenyang and completed in June 2020 in Shenyang, and was exhibited in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June 2020.
İşleyiş Akışı: The radians of the recliner are ergonomics, the back of the chair is encircled, the desk and display frame are supported on one side, and the force angle and specific size are calculated scientifically.
