About Vanke Yantai Chang An Gayrimenkul Satış Merkezi
Vanke Yantai Chang An, Yantai şehrinin Laishan ilçesinde yer alan bir gayrimenkul satış merkezidir. 2368 metrekarelik iç mekân, yüksek tavanlı ferah bir lobi içermektedir. Tasarımın teması, Kayıp Zamanın İzinde romanında ve Muhteşem Gatsby filminde anlatılan seçkin yaşam tarzından ilham almaktadır. Siyah ve beyaz tonlar, çağdaş bir avize ile birleştirilerek mekâna zarif bir karakter kazandırılmıştır. Fotoğraf makinesi heykeli gibi sanatsal enstalasyonlar, seçilen temayla ve mobilya düzenlemeleriyle uyum içindedir.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

- Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
- Inspiration
- Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
