About Verde Açık Hava Izgarası

Verde, odun veya kömür gibi katı yakıtlarla yemek pişirmeye yönelik kompakt bir açık hava ızgarasıdır. Yamuk biçimli formu, ısıyı tüm pişirme yüzeyine eşit şekilde yayar. Yakıt haznesi, ızgaradaki yiyecekler yerinden oynatılmadan yeniden doldurulabilir. Zaman içinde yüksek dayanım sağlamak amacıyla dış gövde ısıya dayanıklı boyayla korunan 2 mm'lik sac metalden, hazne 1,5 mm'lik çelik sacdan, ızgara ise 3 mm'lik yakılmış (kararmış) sacdan üretilmiştir. Üretimde lazer kesim, bükme ve az miktarda kaynak kullanılır; bu da malzeme tüketimini düşük tutar. Kompakt form, ızgaranın kolayca taşınmasını ve basit bir şekilde kullanılmasını sağlar.

Unique Properties: This is a device for cooking food outdoors. Used in specially designed places, it is thought and designed to prepare food in a healthy way with the help solid fuel. The concept came from the desire to offer a product with high mobility, making grilling easier and more enjoyable. The trapezoidal shape favors heat dissipation evenly over the entire surface of the product. An interesting feature of the product is the refilling of the tank with fuel without moving the food in the cooki

Design Challenge: The study of creating this product consisted of designing and producing it with a minimum amount of material, the goal being to save material, and the easiest way to create it was by bending and welding in a very small amount.

Its shape is compact and easy to use by anyone.
Inspiration: The concept of this product was inspired by design stealth trends, having as main feature the practical and compact shape which gives it a modern look. People can enjoy socializing around the fire or the outdoor cooking experience by the side of a multifunctional product.
Project Duration: This project started in February 2020 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
Operation Flow: The exterior of the grill is made of 2mm thick sheet metal, protected with heat-resistant paint. The grill tank is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet and the grill, of 3 mm browned sheet, guaranteeing high resistance over time. Verde works on solid fuels such as wood or coal.
The components of the grill are the following: Base body, Grill, Jar tank.
