Childlike Dream Satış Merkezi Hakkında

Childlike Dream (Çocuksu Düş), Çin'in Siçuan Eyaleti'ndeki Yibin kentinde yer alan konut projelerine ait bir satış merkezidir. 2500 metrekarelik iç mekân; bir lobi, bir görüşme alanı, bir dinlenme alanı ve bir örnek daire bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Düş ve çocukluk teması tüm mekâna yön vermektedir. Çocukluk anılarından esinlenen canlı renkler ve mobilyalar lobiyi doldurur. Görüşme alanında sıcak ve düşsel bir atmosfer yaratmak için pembe kullanılmıştır. Kırmızı ve mavi, görüşmeler sırasında dinlenen aileler için dinlenme alanını davetkâr kılar. Tasarım, her yaştan ziyaretçi için konfor arayışındadır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: The sales center is a place to showcase and sell residential properties open to customers of all ages. In order to make customers feel at home when they visit the sales center, the designers create a space which can satisfy the welcoming feeling for the elderly, the dreamy feeling pursued by adults, and maintain the innocence of children.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: The 2500-square-meter project design includes lobby, negotiation area, leisure area and model room area. Regarding the negotiation area and leisure area, the overall design is themed with dream and ideal world. In the negotiation area, pink is chosen as the palette to create a warm and dreamy atmosphere. Diversifies design elements such as sofas of different shapes, abstract and exotic decorations, appropriate lighting, and flowing floors merge together to create a wonderland. In such a futuristic area, everyone is willing to negotiate.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Taken advantage of the space layout, the lively color matching and decorating furnishings full of childhood memories create an ideal world which is slowly revealed in the sales center, where both adults and children can find the memories of childhood that belongs to themselves.
Tasarım Zorluğu: Since lobby is the most important area which can make the first impression of property, one of the challenges is how to attract customers through space design. Different from the traditional luxurious but single-functioned sales center, this project has practical and flexible function area and catches attention through fascinating interior design.
Araştırma: This design implements the theme of "dream and childhood" from beginning to end. While maintaining the elegance of life, the space utilization and practicability has also been maximized. In this design space, even adults can have the happiness of children, and the children will have a space for imagination.
İlham: The space design aims to integrate story into the furnishings, and inject emotions into the building, so that all the decorations and furniture have their meaning. The lobby design is combined with childhood experience, and the architecture is blended with fantasy world. The childlike furnishings in the lobby attract customers passing by.
Proje Süresi: The project started in April 2020 and finished in January 2021 in Yibin, Sichuan Province, China.
İşleyiş Akışı: The leisure area is designed for family members who come together and need space to take a rest when the negotiation is on. In the leisure area, the three senses of future, childhood and dream are combined to make a welcoming space by red and blue colors. This area is the continuation of home; even in the leisure area, customers will experience the comfort and relax of home.
