Laguna 182 Konut Binası Hakkında

Laguna 182, Brezilya'nın Santa Catarina eyaletindeki Itajaí kentinde yer alan bir konut binasıdır. Kule, on dört farklı kat planında düzenlenmiş kırk bir daireyle birlikte yirmi dokuz kattan oluşmakta olup her katta iki daire bulunmaktadır. Cepheyi eğrisel ve kıvrımlı hatlar biçimlendirir. Konsol betonarme teraslar her katta konum değiştirir; böylece her dairenin özel bir bahçesi olur. Doğal bitki örtüsü bina boyunca yayılarak büyür. Kullanılan malzemeler arasında beton, cam, seramik, galvanizli çelik, alüminyum kompozit malzeme ve sertifikalı ahşap yer alır. Tasarım, çevresel etkiyi azaltmayı ve bir topluluk aidiyeti duygusunu desteklemeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood.
The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.

İşleyiş Akışı: The proposed design has the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, expand the sense of community and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, urban garden, conscious consumption, termo acustic confort, discharge correct and recycling with local cooperatives.
