Agile Shanqin Bay Konut İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Agile Shanqin Bay, Çin'in Hainan Eyaleti, Wanning kentinde yer alan bir konut iç mekan tasarımıdır. 360 metrekarelik alana sahip konut, her katın denize açılacağı şekilde düzenlenmiştir. Yemek odasındaki geniş fransız pencere deniz manzarasını iç mekana taşırken, açık mutfak esnek kullanıma olanak tanır. Ahşap kaplamalar ve mermer, dışarıdaki suyun renklerini yansıtır. Mekanlar serbestçe kademelendirilmiş, yatak odası ise kıyıya doğru uzanacak şekilde konumlandırılmıştır. Minimalist resort tarzı, sakin ve zarif bir sahil evi yaratmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Tasarım Zorluğu: In consideration of local weather conditions and environment, residential and viewing needs, and family's life structure, the project sets spacious living room, bedrooms and balcony, which provide an open view to the sea. The design is intended to create an elegant space that fits into a beachside lifestyle, from the perspectives of storage, health, happiness, techniques, convenience and intelligence, so as to provide occupants with an artistic, comfortable travel experience.

İlham: Wanning, a coastal city in Hainan Province, is a new popular vacation destination. It enjoys favorable geographical and natural conditions, and is an ideal place to live in.
We hope to create a tranquil, natural and exquisite living space here, which features new life aesthetics that encourage people to return to the essence of life, so as to replace noisy, artificial, and vulgar short-stay vacation experiences.

İşleyiş Akışı: The design adopts a minimalist resort style, highlighting a strong regional feature.
The spaces are organized in a freely staggered manner, and the bedroom protrudes towards the sea. The design makes sure that each floor embraces a wonderful view of the ocean. The open design provides a broader view, and occupants can commune with the sea even in the living room and dining room, which offers dwellers a happy living experience.
