Br Design Center Ofis İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Br Design Center, Çin'in Chongqing kentinde yer alan yaratıcı bir atölye için tasarlanmış bir ofis iç mekanıdır. Tasarım, loft endüstriyel bir üslubu benimser. Su, elektrik ve yangın söndürme tesisatı boruları duvarlarda açıkta bırakılmıştır. Şantiye alanında geri kazanılan malzemeler yeniden kullanılmış, mevcut endüstriyel öğeler korunmuştur. Bina kabuğunda, fazla ışığı filtrelerken doğal aydınlatma ve havalandırmaya olanak tanıyan çift katmanlı metal ağ ızgara kullanılmıştır. Çatıya 800 metrekareden büyük bir güneş fotovoltaik sistemi yerleştirilmiştir. Katmanlı mekânlar, çalışanlar ile ziyaretçiler arasındaki etkileşimi teşvik eder.

Benzersiz Özellikler: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Proje Süresi: The project started in Chongqing, China in 2016, and was finally completed in Chongqing, China in 2019.
İşleyiş Akışı: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system".
