Realm of Inspiration Ofis İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Realm of Inspiration, Tayvan'ın Hsinchu kentinde 66 metrekarelik bir çalışma alanı için tasarlanmış bir ofis iç mekan projesidir. Plan; ofis alanı, ekip görüşme alanı ve mutfak nişi olmak üzere üç bölüme ayrılmıştır. Ahşap, alüminyum çerçeveli cam paneller, metal öğeler, sanatsal kaplama ve sistem dolapları mekanın dokusunu tanımlar. Mevcut tesisat hatları ve ham duvar dokusu olduğu gibi korunmuştur. Hafifçe yükseltilmiş döşeme, ofis alanını koridordan ayırır. Ekip görüşme alanı, doğal ışıktan yararlanmak üzere pencereye dönük olarak konumlandırılmıştır. Atığı azaltmak amacıyla mevcut mobilyalar yenilenerek yeniden kullanılmıştır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Through use of wooden material, aluminum-framed glass panels, metallic items, artistic coating, and system cabinets to delineate spatial textures, the whole space is expanded to allow workers and customers to feel the cozy environment that is high-end in quality, dark and rich in color.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The layout of the working space is divided into office area, team discussion area, and the office pantry. With the slightly elevated flooring extending to the aluminum-framed glass slide doors at the end, the office area is differentiated from the aisle. The metallic shelving solves needs of display and the boundary between living and working.
Tasarım Zorluğu: Beside choosing eco-friendly materials, the company continues to apply the materials and furniture they used to have while moving to this new office. By redecorating and renovating them, these furniture can last longer to create a much sustainable value. Instead of excessively decorating the space, the design aims at reducing unnecessary waste.
Araştırma: Through particular application of color palette, it divides the function use of the office area. With sufficient lights that illuminate the industrial styling space, textures and lines outline it and soften the overall achromatic colors' bulkiness. The sitting area's color echoes with the black ceiling and dark flooring, which contrast with the white aisle. The restroom is renovated by removing the original tiles and coated with clear lacquer.
İlham: Decorating the working environment with an American Industrial interior style, the designer applies diverse materials all over the place for a design-thinking-friendly environment. Keeping the original pipelines and the initial texture of the wall, the precise yet vigorous design presents the quality texture of the natural and organic space.
Proje Süresi: This project is finished in February 2022 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
İşleyiş Akışı: Considering the traffic flow and the long-narrowed office space, the designer applies more lines to extend the spatial perception. The team discussion area, on the other hand, is arranged in front of the window, to make it nicely illuminated. When clients visit, they could feel relaxed discussing all the needs and ideas.
