Wugu Market Market İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Wugu Pazarı, Tayvan'ın Yeni Taipei kentinde yer alan modern bir kamusal pazar iç mekanıdır. 2327 metrekarelik alan, daha önce atıl durumda olan çok katlı bir otoparkın zemin katında konumlanmaktadır. Tezgâhlar, yönetimi ve hijyen denetimini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla çiğ ve pişmiş gıda bölgeleri olarak ayrılmıştır. Taze ürün bölümünde soğutmalı teşhir dolapları ve düşük sıcaklıklı bir et işleme alanı kullanılmaktadır. Pişmiş gıda bölümünde ise havayı arındırmak için elektrostatik duman emiş sistemi uygulanmıştır. Zemin kaymaz seramik karolarla kaplanmıştır. Doğal çimento tonları ve ahşap desenli ızgara elemanlar, yörenin yeşil bambu filizlerini ve bambu ormanlarını çağrıştırmaktadır.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The stalls use the raw and cooked separation mode to optimize business management. The fresh area introduces refrigerated display cabinets and divides the low-temperature meat processing area to provide a clean environment for processing raw food, while reducing the deterioration caused during transportation and display, so that the food can be delivered to consumers in the freshest condition; the cooked food area is set the electrostatic oil fume system reduces oil fume pollution and purifies the air inside the market.
