About Maxxventure MT Yenilikçi Yeniden Kullanılabilir Macera Lastiği

Macera lastikleri son zamanlarda giderek daha popüler hale geliyor ancak bu lastikler yalnızca atılabilir ve yeniden kullanılamaz. Maxxventure MT Adventure motosiklet lastikleri, kübik tasarımlı yırtmaç dişleriyle yeni bir estetik getiriyor. Bu modelde ön tekerleğin servis kilometresi arka tekerleğin iki katıdır. Kullanılmış ön tekerlek, römork lastiği olarak takılabilir ve yine de fazladan 5000 km yol kat edebilir. Ayrıca macera tipi lastiğin yükleme kapasitesi daha fazladır. Bu yeniden kullanılabilir motosiklet lastiği, yeni bir çevre dostu kullanım konsepti getiriyor.

Unique Properties: Adventure tires with cubic design tore thread.By this design, the service mileage of front wheel extend to twice of the rear wheel.That makes the used front wheel can be installed as trailer tires, expect to drive for extra 5000km. Furthermore loading capacity than other trailer tire.

Production Technology: Aside from recent adventure tire, new cube design tore thread and sleeve wire twinning technic enhance performance and stability.The design aspect from co-utility, reuse the tire which is about to dispose, extend life span of tire and provide better loading capacity.
Design Challenge: Previous adventure tire design is not sufficient with cushion due to the stiffness of steel wire.
The development need to engage new technic of steel wire twining to have better connection of metal sleeve and rubber surface, which improves thorough comfort. And the tore thread is beneficial to keep tire from cracking during driving.
Research: The goal of Adventure tires is to become re-useable tire, a ECO friendly option.
Used front wheels can be installed as trailer tires, expect to drive for extra 5000km.

Maxxventure MT Adventure, this recyclable motorcycle tire brings new concept of usage.
Inspiration: Adventure tires are getting more and more popular recently, however, these tires can only be discarded and not be reused. Developing was basing on this observation, Maxxventure MT Adventure, this reusable motorcycle tire brings new concept of usage.
Project Duration: 2022 concept
Operation Flow: By using new thread and material design, extend lifespan of adventure tire. And base on the new property, develop new method to reuse old tires.
