Cross Konut Hakkında

Sakin bir yerleşim bölgesinde iki yola bakan bir site üzerine inşa edilmiş özel bir konut. Dışarıdan görülebilen dış cephe, sakinlerin mahremiyetini korurken orta derecede bir açıklık hissi sağlayan düzenli bir forma sahiptir. İç mekan orta derecede açık ve görsel bir genişliğe sahiptir. Ayrıca sitenin şekline uygun olarak iki düzlem merkezde farklı açılarda kesişiyor ve burada oluşturulan boşluk odaları nazikçe birbirine bağlıyor. Uçağı uygun şekilde bölerek yeni bir boşluk yaratılır ve konut sakinleri arasındaki iletişimin derinleştirilmesi planlanır.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Considering the heat insulation performance and durability performance of the building, the wooden structure mainly adopted in Japan was adopted. In Japan, which is an earthquake-prone country, the structure is so important that the utmost consideration is being given.
Tasarım Zorluğu: Even if you are planning a densely populated area, it is about securing renewable energy and improving the openness and performance of your home. Moreover, it is important to ensure the privacy of the residents. We will meet the low-carbon demand required for wooden structures and create designs with even higher openness. Furthermore, in Japan, it is a big challenge to create an excellent design while ensuring the strength to withstand the frequent large earthquakes.
Araştırma: In a large connected space with varying angles and heights, the volume of the room is large and energy consumption loss is considered. We will collect data by improving the outer skin performance and heat insulation performance, utilizing sunlight and high-performance air conditioners, and regularly measuring the temperature to see if it can be solved as a zero energy house. In addition, we regularly visit third parties to explore their experiences.
İlham: At the planned site, the field of view spreads in each direction. The idea is to feel the size of the room while staying indoors, and to incorporate the scenery that can be seen beyond the room into the room, and live with a rich sense of feeling. Two planes that match the shape of the site overlap in the center, and the blank space between them serves as an architectural device that gently connects the residents.

İşleyiş Akışı: The main life is done in the living space of the second floor which floats in the air. In addition, the surrounding daily life is done on the ground surface, and the shape of the trees and houses that are arranged in a planned manner effectively induces the gaze of passersby. Three-dimensional interior space expands eyes in many directions, ensures privacy and creates rich everyday life.
