Casa de Mar Tek Aile Konutu Hakkında

Casa de Mar, Merida, Yucatan'ın kuzey kesiminde yer alan tek aile konutudur. Tasarım, iç ve dış mekânları birleştirerek mimariyi doğayla buluşturur. Bahçeler evin içinden görülebilir ve kullanılabilir. At nalı biçimindeki merkezi hacim, suyun buharlaşmasıyla havayı serinleten ve doğal havalandırmayı destekleyen bir havuzu çevreler. Dayanıklılığı, düşük bakım gereksinimi ve bölgeyle uyumu nedeniyle yerel taş ve ahşap tercih edilmiştir. Ayrı girişler, sosyal ve özel alanları birbirinden ayırarak mahremiyet ve konfor sağlar.
