About Next Collection Konut Kompleksi

Next Collection, Green Cape'in peyzajıyla ilişkili olarak tasarlanmış bir konut kompleksidir. Yapı, bir bahçeyi barındıran podyum üzerine yerleştirilmiş üç bağımsız bloktan oluşur. Çatı katı; restoran, bar ve yüzme havuzuyla birlikte sosyal alan olarak kullanılmaktadır. Blokların yerleşim düzeni, daireler ile podyum üzerindeki bahçe arasında net bir akış sağlar. İç mekân, denizci temasını ve sakin bir renk paletini benimseyen minimalist bir yaklaşımı izler. Tasarım, organik formları çevredeki topografyayla birleştirir.
