Yangpu Satış Ofisi Hakkında

Yangpu, Çin'in Hainan eyaletindeki Yangpu Ekonomik Kalkınma Bölgesi'nde yer alan bir satış ofisidir. İç mekân 1594 metrekarelik bir alanı kaplamaktadır. Tasarımın tamamına doğal öğeler yön vermektedir. Yeşil bitkiler, kıvrımlı bir güzergâh ve kademeli bir keşif duygusu oluşturacak biçimde mekânın çevresine yerleştirilmiştir. Yalın arka planlar, gün ışığının mekânları biçimlendirmesine olanak tanır; böylece ışık ve gölge, günün farklı saatlerinde farklı sahneler yaratır. Yerleşim planı, tek bir ana girişten gelen konut ziyaretçileri ile golf ziyaretçilerinin sirkülasyonunu birbirinden ayırır. Tasarım, seyahat etmeyi ve yaşamayı bir arada barındıran bir yaşam biçimini aktarmaktadır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Hainan Ancient Yantian Yard On The Sea Sales Office is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, natural elements are the main design elements of the whole space, and green plants are placed around the space to create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout". The simple background reflects the natural environment with the change of sunlight at different times, and the light and shadow change into different scenes in the space.

Araştırma: After a preliminary understanding of the project information provided by the owner, the designer went to the project site to conduct on-site investigation and communicate with the owner, grasp the owner's demands, create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout", and convey the lifestyle of "travelling and living".
İlham: The project is inspired by the streamlined topography, meandering water system and natural ecology, and hopes to promote and promote the concept and practice of green habitat design from an international perspective through the award.
Proje Süresi: The project started in September 2023 and is expected to be completed in Hainan in March 2024.
İşleyiş Akışı: First, understand the general situation of the project, think and solve the key points and difficulties in the design according to the architectural plan provided by the owner, then use the design strategy to derive and analyze the plane, and finally integrate the design concept to complete the design work of the whole project.
