The Verdant Syndicate Karma Kullanımlı Kompleks Hakkında

The Verdant Syndicate, Çin'in Henan bölgesinde yer alan 4.269 metrekarelik eski bir tarım arazisi için geliştirilmiş karma kullanımlı bir komplekstir. Kompleks, doğayı, sürdürülebilirliği ve topluluğu kentsel bir ortamda bir araya getirerek arazinin tarımsal mirasına saygı gösterirken yerel halka gelir kaynağı yaratmaktadır. Bir yağmur suyu yönetim sistemi, yağmur suyunu toplayıp filtreleyerek yerçekimiyle çalışan borular aracılığıyla iletmekte, böylece bitkiler çok az enerji kullanımıyla desteklenmektedir. Esnek bir dikim panosu sistemi, kiracıların birim ekleyip çıkarmasına ve ortak alanları yeşil alanlara dönüştürmesine olanak tanımaktadır.
