Sanctuary Konut İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Sanctuary, Tayvan'ın Tainan kentinde yer alan 819,83 metrekarelik bir dubleks konut için geliştirilmiş bir iç mekan tasarımıdır. Kurgu, her katta tek bir birim yer alacak şekilde düzenlenmiş ve plan, çevredeki okyanus manzarasına doğru açılmıştır. Geniş pencereler doğal ışığı içeriye taşırken havalandırmayı da destekler. Altın renkli boşluklu korkuluğa sahip bir spiral merdiven iki katı birbirine bağlar ve mekanın merkezi öğesini oluşturur. Doğal malzemeler, yumuşak renkler ve yalın çizgiler, ağır dekorasyona başvurmadan her alanı tanımlar. Tasarım aynı zamanda dubleksin düşey kiriş yapısının görsel etkisini yumuşatmaktadır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Seeking to evoke the vision of a beautiful life through a minimalist and bright space, this design employs simplicity and open spaces, using natural light to blend the interior with the outdoor environment, creating a poetic living space that blurs the boundaries of everyday life. With a single unit per floor, the design shapes an ideal duplex lifestyle, enhancing the spaciousness and comfort of the area while bringing the natural seascape indoors to elevate the allure of the space. As the sunlight pours in, it illuminates a rich tapestry of home life.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The design rejects overly intricate decorations in favor of sleek, streamlined lines that clearly define each area while maintaining a bright and fresh atmosphere. The use of a single, understated color palette seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. The entrance immediately draws the eye to the spiral staircase, precisely crafted in terms of position, size, and form. The staircase is complemented by a gold hollow railing that adds a touch of refined elegance. Coupled with the sophisticated lines of imported furniture and ambient lighting, the space transforms into a pure and comfortable daily retreat.
Tasarım Zorluğu: Addressed the vertical beam structure of the duplex, using thoughtful design strategies to soften any visual imbalances. The spiral staircase was carefully designed to serve both as a functional element and as a visual highlight, ensuring that it enhances the overall aesthetic of the space. This approach not only solved the structural challenges but also elevated the interior design to new levels of sophistication.
Araştırma: This project involved a raw, unfinished duplex space. The design challenge required a focus on optimizing spatial dimensions, ensuring smooth vertical and horizontal flow within the layout while leveraging the height and structure of the duplex. The aim was to link the interior with the outdoor ocean view, bringing the view inside, enhancing the spaciousness, and creating a minimalist yet elegantly sophisticated modern home of their dreams.
İlham: The homeowners desire a minimalist, bright, and comfortable living environment that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. They seek to connect their home with the surrounding landscape while maximizing natural light to create a spacious view. The goal is to seamlessly blend functional living areas with an elegant, modern touch, capturing the pure essence of everyday life.
