Cl7A Konut İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Cl7A, Singapur'da merdivenle çıkılan bir shophouse (dükkân-ev) dairesi için tasarlanmış bir konut iç mekan projesidir. 978 metrekare fitlik ev, iki yatak odası, iki banyo ve oturma ile yemek alanlarına akan açık konsept bir mutfaktan oluşur. Ahşap kirişlerin açıkta bırakıldığı eğimli tavan, özgün shophouse ünitesinin imza niteliğindeki bir öğesi olarak korunmuştur. Cilalı beton zemin, sıcak tonlu ahşap ve granit mekâna derinlik ve kontrast katar. Güçlü mimari çizgiler, yumuşak perdeler ve özenle seçilmiş sanat eserleriyle dengelenmiştir. Yıllanmış daire restore edilirken modern konfor da mekâna eklenmiştir.

The vision was to restore an aged shophouse unit to its former glamour while respecting its storied past. The kitchen, with its sleek island and inviting bar stools, feels like the heart of the home. The room is alive—not just with furniture, but with the essence of home. The bookshelf, filled with framed memories and trinkets, whispers stories of the people who live here.
It’s a place that doesn’t just function well—it feels right. A space designed not just for movement, but for moments and life.
