Scotiabank Kurumsal İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Scotiabank, Meksiko'da 12.000 metrekarelik bir ofis için tasarlanmış kurumsal bir iç mekan projesidir. Yerleşim planı, sakin ve düzenli bir çalışma atmosferi yaratmak amacıyla açık alanlardan yararlanır. Mermer, cam, ahşap, halı ve mobilyalar bir araya getirilerek farklı bölgeler tanımlanır. Sıcak renkler mekana hâkimdir; duvarlarda, kolonlarda ve halılarda kullanılan canlı tonlar ise kurumsal kimliği güçlendirir. Doğal ışık ve yeşil dokunuşlar, çalışanların iyi olma hâlini destekler. Ekip çalışması alanları iş birliğini ve etkileşimi teşvik eder. Tasarım aynı zamanda düşük enerji tüketimi ve standartlaştırılmış malzemeler gibi sürdürülebilirlik ölçütlerini de gözetir.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
Tasarım Zorluğu: The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
Araştırma: The success of this project is based on understanding the organization's needs in order to transform the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity, with light shades resulting from the multidisciplinary integration and various factors.
