About Urawa Garden Bldg Ofis Binası
Urawa Garden Building, Japonya'nın Saitama iline bağlı Urawa'da yer alan bir ofis binasıdır. Araziyi bir geçit boydan boya kat ederek çevredeki sokakları birbirine bağlar ve eski Nakaginza Seven alışveriş caddesini anımsatır. Geçit boyunca uzanan açık meydanlar, yayalara ve ofis çalışanlarına buluşma alanları sunar. Cephe, farklı saydamlık derecelerine sahip asılı cam küpler taşır; böylece binanın görünümü gün ışığıyla birlikte değişir. İç mekândaki çalışma alanlarında doğal malzemeler, bitkiler ve sanat eserleri kullanılmıştır. Enerji verimli aydınlatma ve pasif tasarım stratejileri, konfor ve sürdürülebilirliği destekler.
