Imperium Konut Dairesi İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Imperium, Bulgaristan'ın Varna kentinde yer alan 225 metrekarelik bir konut dairesi iç mekanıdır. Tasarım, pratik işlevselliği görsel bütünlükle birleştirmektedir. Duvarlar dekoratif sıvalarla kaplanmış, zeminler ise doğal ahşap ile bitirilmiştir. Mekan genelinde gömme lineer aydınlatma uygulanmış ve mobilyalar doğal kaplama ile yüzeylendirilmiştir. Tezgahlar ve tezgah arası yüzeyler Laminam'dan üretilmiştir. Gizli kasa kapılar, özel olarak seçilmiş bir üretici ile üretilmiştir. İç mekan, günlük yaşam rutinlerini destekleyerek sakin ve konforlu bir ev sunmaktadır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: This project focuses on crafting a living space that combines thoughtful design with everyday usability. The goal is to create an environment where practical needs are met without compromising on visual coherence or comfort. Attention to materials, layout, and subtle detailing ensures that the space feels cohesive and approachable. Residents benefit from an interior that supports daily routines while offering a sense of calm, personal expression, and understated style. The overall approach emphasizes balance, functionality, and a comfortable, well-considered home environment.

Üretim Teknolojisi: Decorative plasters have been used for the walls, natural wood flooring for the floors, built-in linear lighting, natural veneer for the furniture, and the countertops and backsplashes are made of Laminam
Tasarım Zorluğu: The property features underfloor heating, natural hardwood flooring, and the highest-grade paints and plasters. Natural materials such as stone and natural veneer have been used.
All of this creates challenges during both the design and implementation phases. In the end, only one thing truly matters – that the client is satisfied and feels the home as their own.
Araştırma: The team conducted an in-depth study of the method for manufacturing and installing flush doors. After we were selected by the client, we had to assess whether they were compatible with the project and whether we would be able to achieve the desired result. After several months of searching, we found the right factory and believe that we achieved an excellent outcome.
İlham: The project is driven by the aim to create a space that transcends its functional purpose and expresses the identity, values, and way of living of its occupants. The interior is approached not simply as a composition of furnishings and materials, but as an environment where daily life unfolds a setting that encourages inspiration, fosters a sense of comfort, and accommodates shared moments.
Proje Süresi: The project started in March 2025 and finished in February 2026 in Varna, Bulgaria
İşleyiş Akışı: Interior is not merely a backdrop for human activity - it actively communicates with the people who inhabit it. Through form, color, light, materials, and spatial organization, it creates emotions, guides behavior, and builds identity.
