Borgio Verezzi Konut Binası Hakkında

Borgio Verezzi, Brezilya'nın en güneyindeki Caxias do Sul şehrinde yer alan yirmi iki katlı bir konut binasıdır. Farklılaştırılmış bir konut ürünü seçimi, en erken çalışmalarından itibaren geliştirici ve mimarlık firmasının bir inancıydı. Hacimsel olarak bina, köşelerinde balkonların konumlandığı çıkarılmış hacimlere sahip dikey bir monolitten oluşmaktadır. Bu balkonlar, her katın daha iyi manzara ve güneş ışığı alabilmesi için dışarı çıkarılmış ve uzatılmıştır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample
vertical monolith with suppressed volumes at its corners,
where are located great balconies that end up diminishing the
volume. The balconies are pushed and stretched for better
viewing and sunlight of each plane.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: The development consists of a residential building with
twenty-two floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 280.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with four
suites. Social area with
more than 110.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a
large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 1431,90 square meters and the Gross Area: 10.190,00 square meters.

Üretim Teknolojisi: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, granites, apparent concrete and double glasses were used in the facades and other areas.
Tasarım Zorluğu: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Araştırma: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. With this, arose the proposal of an authorial architecture that dialogue with the art and with plastic artists of the region. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
İlham: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Proje Süresi: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
İşleyiş Akışı: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling.
