Feili Yundi Satış Merkezi İç Mekân Tasarımı Hakkında

Feili Yundi, Çin'in Taicang kentinde Tianjin Gölü'nün yanında konumlanan bir satış merkezidir. Eğimli bir arazi üzerinde yükselen üç katlı yapının, ilerleyen dönemde bir topluluk etkinlik merkezi olarak hizmet vermesi planlanmaktadır. İç mekân yeşil bir konsepti benimser; bu nedenle mekânın işlevi hiçbir yıkım yapılmadan dönüştürülmüştür. Geniş açıklıklı bir taşıyıcı sistem ve kesintisiz bir kavis, katlar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirsizleştirerek katmanlılık hissini güçlendirir. Eğrisel yüzeyler sanatsal boya ve renkli mozaik (terrazzo) ile kaplanmıştır. Soyut ögeler, satış merkezine dingin ve ferah bir karakter kazandırır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: The design takes full advantage of the large-spanned modern structure and the endless loop of arc to fuzz the floor relations visually and to promote the space layering and memory point. The coherent shape is the core of space, in which the spatial experience and functional demands are integrated to create a unique and high-quality space.
Boyutlar ve Ambalaj: Through infinite loop of space, the design use abstract elements to give people the best pace experience. The long-span structure blurred the overlapping space relationship, and the possibility of space symbolizes the infinite change and infinite hope in life.
Etiketler: sales center, interior, modern, curved, environment protection
Üretim Teknolojisi: The main materials used in this project are art paint and colored terrazzo. The material choices throughout the sales center are made with the curved surface shape and their artistic and spatial atmosphere.
Tasarım Zorluğu: The challenges of the project are how to break through the traditional sales space in the limited space and how to deal with the relationship between the height and void structure. The designers took advantage of long-span structures to blur the connection of floors, thus achieving the desired effect to a certain extent. The main challenge in construction lies in the production of shaped metal. Through continuous research and development on-site, new construction process is finally determined to achieve the current effect.
Araştırma: Located next to Tianjin Lake in Taicang City, the project is a three-story building on a sloping land. It was used as a sales center in the early stage and a community activity center in the future. Following the design concept of green and environmental protection, the function of space has been changed without any demolition. Different from typical sales office, it has more aesthetic meaning and living phylisophy.
İlham: Inspired by the infinite possibilities of life, the sales center adopts limited abstract elements to express the infinite longing and possibilities in the future.
Proje Süresi: The project was designed in January 2019, and finished in July 2019 in Taicang, Jiangsu, China.
İşleyiş Akışı: Based on the modern architectural style of the sales office, the interior is designed to create a high-quality and contextual experience. The designer jumped out of the traditional style and created a new experience in the space structure. Through careful placement of art installations, the designer followed the clear flow of space and used materials and colors to build an immersive environmentalism experience pavilion. The project is a return to truth and a benefit Journey.
