Photosynthesis of Space Konut İç Mekan Tasarımı Hakkında

Mekanın Fotosentezi, Tayvan'ın Yeni Taipei Şehri'nde 180 metrekarelik split-level (yarım kat) bir evin konut iç mekan tasarımıdır. Ev bol miktarda gün ışığı almaktadır ve yenileme planı bu koşul temel alınarak geliştirilmiştir. Sınırlı ahşap tonları ve düşük kroma değerlerine sahip siyah, beyaz ve gri tonlar, ışık ve gölgenin başlıca dekoratif unsurlar olarak öne çıkmasına olanak tanır. Alt kat, açık plan bir yemek odası, mutfak ve oturma odasını barındırır. Kullanılan malzemeler arasında mermer, boyalı demir, ceviz, tik ağacı, meşe ve mühendislik parke bulunmaktadır. Üç özel oda ise açık siyah, koyu ceviz ve koyu gri tonlarında tamamlanmıştır.

Benzersiz Özellikler: This is the residential remodel plan for a split-level house. Given the sufficient sunlight due to the extraordinary geographic house environment, the remodel plan was started on the basis of the house with great daylight. With the colors tones consisting of black and white, the less wood color and low-chroma arrangement bring out the lights and shades as the leading decoration features in the house.

Üretim Teknolojisi: The TV wall made of gray marbles and white walls is enlivening. The captivating area for the family activities is decorated with the dark oaks walls and the walnut long table that adorn the non-chroma space. The overall public area decorated with the neat and straight lines exposes the concise style. The daylight scattering in this area creates the exclusive scene in different time.
Araştırma: The distinct perspectives to materials and aesthetics can still have the non-chroma spaces. The three rooms are distinctly embellished with light black, dark walnut color and dark gray, all of which present different qualities. The iron adornments comprehensively ornamented in the house accentuate the specific characteristics of spaces.
İlham: With the photosynthesis among space and light, the well-ventilated indoor space creates the comfortable home.

The front area on the lower floor is an open public area consisting of the dining room, kitchen and living room. With the natural materials such as marbles, painted iron adornments, walnuts, teaks and engineered hardwood floorings, the color base including black, white and gray and the massive decorations of paints and oaks constitute the indoor scenes.
Proje Süresi: The project finished on 8th of February 2019, locates in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
İşleyiş Akışı: The specific texture of granites decorated at the hallway artistically manifests the visual imagery of fallen leaves. The private area is in the rear space of the house. For the house owner’s two sons having different interests in textures and aesthetics, the designer constantly changed, struggled and reconciled in the design process in order to ensure that the brothers communicate with each other though different definitions to aesthetics, which are of great challenge and unique feature in this interior design plan.
